hereinafter referred to as Seller.

  1. The Regulations define the rules for using the RAWBOX.pl online store, placing orders, making payments, deliveries, as well as the complaint and withdrawal procedure.
  2. The Regulations are available free of charge on the RAWBOX.pl website and can be downloaded as a PDF file.

3. Placing orders

  1. Orders are placed via the RAWBOX.pl website.
  2. The customer selects a product, specifies its parameters (quantity, variant), and then adds it to the cart.
  3. The condition for placing an order is to provide personal and address data necessary for delivery.
  4. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

4. Prices and payments

  1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and expressed in Polish zloty.
  2. Delivery costs are indicated separately in the ordering process.
  3. Available payment methods:
    • traditional transfer,
    • online payments via the system PayU,
    • card payments (Visa, MasterCard) via PayU,
    • BLIK, fast online transfers, other forms available in the PayU system.
  4. Electronic payments and payment cards are handled by: PayU SA, ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 7792308495.

5. Delivery

  1. Orders are delivered within Poland (and abroad, if the option is available).
  2. Delivery is carried out via courier companies or postal operator.
  3. Order fulfillment time: 4 weeks

6. Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
  2. The declaration of withdrawal should be sent to the following e-mail address: info@rawbox.pl or by post to the Seller's address.
  3. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
  4. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer.
  5. The refund will be made within 14 days, using the same method of payment (unless the Consumer agrees to a different method).

7. Complaints

  1. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods free from defects.
  2. Complaints should be submitted:
  3. Complaints are considered within 14 days of their receipt.
  4. In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer may request: repair of the goods, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

8. Protection of personal data

  1. The administrator of personal data is RAW ART Sp. z o. o.
  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the RAWBOX.pl website.
  3. The customer has the right to access, correct, delete and object to data processing.

9. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  2. The regulations are available on the RAWBOX.pl website.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations, provided that the changes will not violate the rights acquired by Consumers.
