Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person making purchases not directly related to business or professional activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client<\/strong> \u2013 any person making a purchase in the store, including a consumer, entrepreneur and legal person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-shop<\/strong> \u2013 RAWBOX.pl website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PayU<\/strong> \u2013 electronic payment operator PayU SA with its registered office in Pozna\u0144, ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Pozna\u0144, KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 7792308495.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales agreement<\/strong> \u2013 a contract concluded at a distance between the Seller and the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Placing orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders are placed via the RAWBOX.pl website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer selects a product, specifies its parameters (quantity, variant), and then adds it to the cart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The condition for placing an order is to provide personal and address data necessary for delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices and payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and expressed in Polish zloty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery costs are indicated separately in the ordering process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available payment methods:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>traditional transfer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>online payments via the system <strong>PayU<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>card payments (Visa, MasterCard) via PayU,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BLIK, fast online transfers, other forms available in the PayU system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electronic payments and payment cards are handled by: <strong>PayU SA, ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Pozna\u0144, KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 7792308495<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders are delivered within Poland (and abroad, if the option is available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is carried out via courier companies or postal operator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order fulfillment time: 4 weeks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Withdrawal from the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The declaration of withdrawal should be sent to the following e-mail address: <strong><a>info@rawbox.pl<\/a><\/strong> or by post to the Seller&#039;s address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be made within 14 days, using the same method of payment (unless the Consumer agrees to a different method).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Seller undertakes to deliver goods free from defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints should be submitted:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>e-mail: <strong><a>info@rawbox.pl<\/a><\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or in writing to the Seller&#039;s address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints are considered within 14 days of their receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer may request: repair of the goods, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Protection of personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The administrator of personal data is RAW ART Sp. z o. o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the RAWBOX.pl website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer has the right to access, correct, delete and object to data processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Final provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The regulations are available on the RAWBOX.pl website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations, provided that the changes will not violate the rights acquired by Consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
